Welcome to Migroot Ltda (“Company”, “Migroot”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, blog, marketplace, or services (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

By creating an account, using our services, or purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Platform.

1. Disclaimer

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Any information, documents, or guidance available through our Platform are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for legal advice.

If legal expertise is required, we may connect you with qualified attorneys or experts, but all legal services will be subject to a separate agreement between you and the attorney.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.

3. Payments and Refund Policy

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. All fees are exclusive of taxes, charges, or third-party fees.

3.1 Refunds are handled under the following conditions:

3.1.1 Full Refunds

If you cancel a service before Migroot has started working on your case, you are entitled to a full refund.

3.1.2 Partial Refunds

If work has already started but you decide to cancel, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refundable amount will be calculated based on the portion of services not yet delivered, minus any administrative expenses, incurred costs, or third-party fees.

3.1.3 Visa Rejection

If your visa application is rejected despite following all expert recommendations and providing accurate, complete documents, you are eligible for either:

  • a full refund, or
  • a free resubmission/appeal of your application, at your choice.

3.2 Refunds are not available if:

  • The service has been fully delivered;
  • You provided false, incomplete, or misleading documents;
  • The services were delivered by an independent third-party expert outside of Migroot’s direct responsibility.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@migroot.io, including your full name, purchase email, and reason. We aim to review requests within 10 business days, and approved refunds are processed within a further 10 business days.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to provide responsive support:

  • Customer support is available via email at support@migroot.io or through the Platform chat.
  • General inquiries: response within 48 business hours.
  • Urgent issues (marked as “urgent” in subject line): response within 24 business hours.
Please note: response times may be affected by weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

  • Processing of orders begins within 1 business day after confirmation.
  • Estimated completion timelines:
    • NIF: up to 15 business days
    • NISS: up to 10 business days
    • Consultation: on scheduled date
    • Visa assistance: up to 1 calendar year
    • Other services: up to 5 business days

  • Services are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.
  • We will notify you of any delays and provide updated timelines.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or disruptive code.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Migroot staff or other users.

In cases of consistent disrespectful behavior, we reserve the right to terminate service and provide only a partial refund proportionate to the work completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, Migroot Ltda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Platform or services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
